Submitting billable items

I can not get my billable items to show up when I click the submit billable
time module? I make sure the billable button is activated on the appointment
and even submit a time entry. Even made sure the correct sales person is
also selected and the appointment is on the current week.

Try turning on logging, and see if the log reports an error with
useful details.
